Tuition fees are not payable for third and subsequent siblings in Years 1 - 12 enrolled simultaneously at the School.

Conditions and Notes

  1. Tuition fees include local excursions and 24 hour, 7 days a week student accident insurance coverage.

  2. Tuition fees are invoiced annually. Accounts are payable by the end of the first week of term.

  3. Tuition fees do not include the following: Mission trips, School camps, PHS Bus, extra-curricular activities, uniforms, iPads, Representative Sport costs.

  4. Tax Deductible Donations to the School’s Building are invited and much appreciated.
    All contributions are voluntary and tax deductable.

  5. Receipts will be issued for cash, debit /credit card, cheque payments. No receipts will be issued for other methods of payment (Internet Banking, CentrePay, Direct Deposits and Direct Debits).

  6. Exit Bond will only be refunded if one full term’s written notification of intention to withdraw student/s is received and your school fee account is finalised prior to student departure.

  7. A dishonour fee of $15.00 (incl. GST) will be charged to your account per dishonoured payment.

  8. The replacement cost of damaged or unreturned library books or other school resources will be invoiced to your account.

  9. In the event that fees are not paid and legal proceedings are deemed necessary by the School to recover outstanding fees, all recovery costs incurred will be added to your account.

  10. The School normally gives a term’s notice for any tuition fee variations, but reserves the right to alter these fees and other charges without prior notice, and to charge additional fees not listed in this schedule as required.
